About Agoda

Agoda is a hotel booking service owned by Bookings Holdings, which also owns Booking.com and Priceline.com. It is one of the most popular sites for Hotel Bookings around the world.

Let’s get to it and find out how it can get even better.

Phew! It’s been quite a journey of doing this audit over countless hours, sometimes at night and over the weekend. And this is just 1 of the 6. :)

More importantly, it’s been a satisfying exercise to highlight where the experience can be improved for Agoda and there is a fair number of places where it can be. As a UX Researcher isn’t that one of the core traits — to highlight inefficiencies around!

I am still experimenting with how I present these, as there is a lot of content (Images+Text). So if you have suggestions, please do reach out.
