Product Owners consume the Notes from the teams (Moderator/Observer). So considerable amount is spent on ensuring the Notes are succinct and captures the essence.

Recordings in my experience people usually don’t spend time watching. One of the pending things on my part is making nuggets of user insights which will be easy to consume. The thing with recordings is that it takes time, for roughly 1 hr of footage it takes upwards of 3–4 hrs to process. And since I was the only person doing it, it was not scalable especially I am also traveling for Usability Testing.
