Interesting, as a reviewer of close to 200 restaurants on Zomato, I completely associate with the effort to do reviews and why my last review was almost a year back if not before.

Curious, what kind of Research was done to figure the problem and solution and thereafter how did you test/measure that the problem was the right one to solve and the solution was the best way to solve that problem.
